C&#8217;est l&#8217;une des contraintes les plus courantes lorsqu\u2019on planifie un itin\u00e9raire de tourn\u00e9e. Les clients veulent <strong>recevoir une heure de livraison exacte<\/strong>, ou du moins un cr\u00e9neau horaire pr\u00e9cis, afin de pouvoir \u00e9tablir leur calendrier de r\u00e9ception et ainsi lib\u00e9rer les quais de livraisons. Sans oublier les cr\u00e9neaux horaires tr\u00e8s strictes pour les livraisons en centre-ville impos\u00e9s par les villes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2>Sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s, poids, volumes et dimensions des v\u00e9hicules<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La cargaison est-elle constitu\u00e9e de produits frais qui doivent \u00eatre transport\u00e9s dans une remorque \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature contr\u00f4l\u00e9e ? Ou s&#8217;agit-il de mat\u00e9riaux de construction qui n\u00e9cessitent un chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur mobile ? Le volume de chargement maximal autoris\u00e9 dans le transport routier de marchandises est en augmentation. Mais chaque compartiment de chargement a une limite. Il est donc important de <strong>disposer de donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9cises sur les dimensions et le poids de chaque chargement<\/strong>, afin d&#8217;<strong>utiliser l&#8217;espace de chargement de mani\u00e8re optimale<\/strong>. Certains ont un permis pour le transport de mati\u00e8res dangereuses, d&#8217;autres pour la conduite de poids lourds combin\u00e9s. Certains parlent anglais et d\u2019autres pas. En outre, chaque conducteur a ses propres pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences. Certains veulent \u00eatre chez eux tous les soirs, tandis que d&#8217;autres pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent les voyages internationaux de plusieurs jours. Et parfois, il est plus judicieux d&#8217;envoyer les m\u00eames conducteurs chez les m\u00eames clients afin de cr\u00e9er une relation de confiance clients-transporteurs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2>Planification multi-d\u00e9p\u00f4ts<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les transporteurs attribuent souvent la planification des diff\u00e9rents ordres et cr\u00e9ent des horaires pour leurs <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.ptvgroup.com\/fr\/transport-et-logistique\/planification-du-transport-logistique-international-optimisee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">op\u00e9rations de transport international<\/a> et national.
