In totaal wordt, na ongeveer 6.388 miljard tonkilometer in 2010, bijna 31.000 miljard tonkilometer verwacht in 2050. Een onvoorstelbaar hoog aantal internationale transporten, die door een breed scala aan bedrijven worden uitgevoerd. Hoe gaan groothandels om met deze lastige situatie?<\/p>\n<h2>Uitdaging van internationale transporten<\/h2>\n<p>De uitdagingen waarmee een bedrijf dat over de hele wereld levert wordt geconfronteerd zijn talrijk en gevarieerd. De kunst is om bestaande depots en filialen en verschillende systemen onder controle te houden, verschillende vervoerswijzen te plannen en lokale beperkingen, specificaties, tolkosten, douanerechten, CO2-uitstoot en tijdsvakken in acht te nemen.<\/p>\n<p>Centrale oplossingen die alle planningstaken voor alle depots dekken, hebben zich bewezen. Gezien het feit dat \u00e9\u00e9n computercentrum alle diensten wereldwijd kan uitrollen, zijn routeplanningsoplossingen die via API aan te sluiten zijn een goede oplossing. Deze zijn ook beschikbaar als cloud-gebaseerde browseroplossing. Als alleen afzonderlijke logistieke en geografische functies aan de bestaande systeemlandschappen moeten worden toegevoegd, zijn ge\u00efntegreerde logistieke functies ook geschikt als service. Tegenwoordig wordt intermodaal transport gekenmerkt door digitalisering. Het wordt de drijvende kracht achter de zichtbaarheid van intermodale diensten, voor het verhogen van de effici\u00ebntie, het <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.ptvgroup.com\/nl\/transport-en-logistiek\/transportkosten-verlagen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">verlagen van de transportkosten<\/a> en voor het modale transport in het algemeen. State-of-the-art software zoals de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ptvgroup.com\/nl\/oplossingen\/producten\/ptv-route-optimiser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PTV Route Optimizer<\/a> of de PTV Developer Components effenen de weg naar intermodaliteit.<\/p>\n<h2>Geconsolideerd en gedistribueerd transport in de groothandel<\/h2>\n<p>Voor de vele nationale en internationale transporten kiest de groothandel echter in eerste instantie voor een andere aanpak: bij de planning van de transporten moet de groothandel zich niet alleen richten op grensoverschrijdende trajecten, maar ook op geconsolideerde en gedistribueerde transporten. Ze hebben te maken met de consolidatie en distributie van goederen in een overvol grootstedelijk gebied (d.w.z. intra-city distributietransporten) of rond een overvol grootstedelijk gebied (d.w.z. lokale distributietransporten). Dit gebeurt vanuit een consolidatiemagazijn v\u00f3\u00f3r of na een lange-afstandstransport. Distributietransporten worden dus hoofdzakelijk veroorzaakt door de consumptie van mensen die in het overvolle stedelijke gebied wonen.<\/p>\n<h2>Uitdagingen voor depot-gebaseerde planning<\/h2>\n<p>Volgens studies wordt de distributietransportsector geconfronteerd met verschillende uitdagingen: de transformatie naar een diensteneconomie, wat resulteert in een hoger aantal leveringen; de groei van kleine online aankopen; en verhoogde eisen met betrekking tot de versheid van de geleverde producten. Voornamelijk daarom richten fabrikanten als MAN zich onder meer op voertuigen die geschikt zijn voor intra-city distributietransporten over de hele wereld.<\/p>\n<p>Leeggoederen en retourzendingen spelen hierbij ook een belangrijke rol. De stijging van de online verkoop is verantwoordelijk voor de sterke stijging van de koeriers-, expres- en pakketdiensten voor het vervoer van stukgoederen met een relatief laag gewicht en volume.<\/p>\n<h2>Moderne routeplanning in verschillende fasen<\/h2>\n<p>Voor gecombineerde transporten en groupage transporten die niet direct afgehandeld worden, is de supply chain opgedeeld in pre-carriege, carriage en on-carriage: verschillende stadia, ook wel \u2018legs\u2019 genoemd. In de eerste \u2018leg\u2019 worden de goederen opgehaald bij de productiebedrijven of de centrale hubs op het eerste overlaadpunt. In de tweede \u2018leg\u2019 doen lijndiensten gewoonlijk de depots of hubs of de volgende overlaadplaatsen aan. De laatste \u2018leg\u2019 is de zogenaamde &#8220;last mile&#8221;: de uiteindelijke reis naar de klant.<\/p>\n<p>Dit betekent dat niet alleen routes van en naar de distributiecentra worden gepland, maar ook depot-gerelateerde planning en optimalisatie. Daarnaast kunnen deel- of complete ladingstransporten worden ingepland, zodat stilstaande kilometers tot een minimum worden beperkt. Een datacenter kan dus overal ter wereld service verlenen: in elk land met land-specifieke beperkingen en tijdvakken. Dergelijke oplossingen kunnen ook als SAAS-oplossingen in computercentra worden ge\u00efmplementeerd.<\/p>\n<h2>Internationale transporten in de dynamische bandengroothandel<\/h2>\n<p>Een sterk seizoensgebonden business en de vereiste grote flexibiliteit voor internationaal geori\u00ebnteerd transport zijn de basisvoorwaarden voor Reifen G\u00f6ggel. Deze bandengroothandel heeft ongeveer 1,5 miljoen banden in zijn centrale magazijn in de Schw\u00e4bische Alb, Duitsland, en levert van daaruit aan klanten in heel Duitsland en in Oostenrijk, Zwitserland, Itali\u00eb, BeNeLux, Frankrijk, en andere landen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnze claim om zelfs internationaal binnen 24 uur te leveren, is een bijzondere uitdaging. Hier moet namelijk niet alleen rekening worden gehouden met voertuigbeperkingen, maar ook met lokale voorschriften. Bovendien zijn er, afhankelijk van de route, tolkosten die in de berekening moeten worden meegenomen, zegt Daniel Bravo, IT Manager bij Reifen G\u00f6ggel. Daarom behoort handmatige routeplanning allang tot het verleden. Tegenwoordig vertrouwt het bedrijf op professionele routeplanningssoftware die ook is verbonden met een telematicasysteem.
