Wat zijn de consequenties als de Nederlandse <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vrachtwagenheffing.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vrachtwagenheffing<\/a> naar verwachting in 2026 ingaat? En hoe bereken je als verlader of vervoerder de financi\u00eble impact?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Demissionair minister Barbara Visser van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat heeft op woensdag 15 september het <a href=\"https:\/\/transportlogistiek.nl\/branche\/wetsvoorstel-vrachtwagenheffing-15-cent-per-gereden-kilometer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wetsvoorstel voor een vrachtwagenheffing<\/a> naar de Tweede Kamer gestuurd. Daarin staat dat vrachtwagens een heffing moeten betalen per gereden kilometer. Die geldt niet alleen voor de snelwegen in Nederland, maar ook voor een aantal regionale en lokale wegen om uitwijkend vrachtverkeer tegen te gaan.<\/p>\n<p>Als de Tweede Kamer het wetsvoorstel aanneemt, kan het vier jaar duren voordat de Nederlandse vrachtwagenheffing daadwerkelijk ingaat. Dat betekent dat verladers en vervoerders naar verwachting tot 2024 tijd hebben om zich voor te bereiden op de maatregel. Wat de voorbereiding wellicht gemakkelijker maakt, is het voornemen van de minister om de Nederlandse vrachtwagenheffing te laten aansluiten bij de systemen voor vrachtwagenheffing in Duitsland en Belgi\u00eb.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Meer betalen voor gebruik<\/h2>\n<p>De kosten van invoering van de vrachtwagenheffing bedragen naar schatting 400 miljoen euro, twee keer zoveel als aanvankelijk begroot. Het gemiddelde tarief ligt waarschijnlijk rond de 15 cent per kilometer. De netto-opbrengst van de heffing wordt gebruikt voor <a href=\"https:\/\/transportlogistiek.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/InfographicTerugsluisVrachtwagenheffing.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">verduurzaming en innovatie in de vervoerssector<\/a>. Denk onder meer aan elektrisch aangedreven vrachtwagens, gebruik van hernieuwbare grondstoffen en verlaging van het aantal kilometers.<\/p>\n<p>Leidt de Nederlandse vrachtwagenheffing tot een lastenverzwaring? Dat is nog maar de vraag. Als de heffing wordt ingevoerd, verdwijnt de belasting zware motorvoertuigen (het Eurovignet) en wordt de motorrijtuigenbelasting voor vrachtwagens tot ongeveer het Europese minimum verlaagd. Het bedrijfsleven gaat dus meer betalen voor het gebruik van vrachtwagens, minder voor het bezit ervan. Bovendien profiteren &#8211; als het goed is &#8211; alle bedrijven van de investeringen die met de opbrengst worden gedaan.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Vrachtwagenheffing berekenen<\/h2>\n<p>De grote vraag die ongetwijfeld oppopt bij zowel verladers als vervoerders: hoe groot is de impact van de vrachtwagenheffing op de transportkosten? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tlnplanner.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TLNplanner<\/a> helpt om antwoord te krijgen op die vraag, net zoals nu al gebeurt met de tolkosten in Duitsland, Belgi\u00eb en andere Europese landen.
