Als het aantal orders en daarmee het aantal ritten stijgt, ra<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ken ze het overzicht snel kwijt. E<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">en planner<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0is<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0al snel enkele uren zoet\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">voordat alle orders\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tot complete ritten zijn samengevoegd. En als\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">dan\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">op het laatste moment\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">een extra order binnenkomt, kan hij opnieuw gaan slepen<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Slepen van\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">orders is met een ritplanningssysteem niet langer nodig. Alle orders worden automatisch over de beschikbare voertuigen verdeeld. Ze willen een tijdsafspraak of op z\u2019n minst een tijdvenster<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, het liefst met een notificatie\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">vooraf.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">En als het even kan, eisen ze dat de<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0goederen meteen op de juiste afdeling worden geplaatst.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Over andere restricties hebben we het dan nog niet gehad, zoals\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">de benodigde hulpmiddelen voor het lossen<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">: is een voertuig met een laadklep nodig? Of misschien een meeneemheftruck?<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Planners raken door alle randvoorwaarden en\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">restricties<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0al snel het spoor bijster. Met als resultaat dat waardevolle klanten niet de service ontvangen waarom ze hebben gevraagd.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Met een ritplanningssysteem is die kans klein. De algoritmes in de software zien geen enkele restrictie\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">over het hoofd. En lukt het niet om met alle restricties rekening te houden? Zeker als klanten in dezelfde sector\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">actief zijn, kan het synergievoordeel groot zijn.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">De kans neemt immers toe dat het transportbedrijf meerdere zendingen van verschillende klanten op hetzelfde adres aflevert.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Maar wie heeft dat in de gaten? Die controleert bij het verdelen van orders over de voertuigen welke zendingen hetzelfde afleveradres hebben. Die zendingen worden\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">toegevoegd aan dezelfde rit. Dat voorkomt onnodige kilometers, maar ook\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">onvrede bij ontvangers.
